• The Canal Tearoom can seat 36 around 8 tables. As the tearoom is an integral part of LUCS operations, it is not normally available for hire. However it may be possible to hire it in certain circumstances, for example in connection with a 40-seater boat charter. Please contact our booking secretary at bookings@lucs.org.uk if you have a specific requirement for the Tearoom.

• The Mel Gray Centre has a room that is 7 metres by 3.5 metres and will seat 14 around a table or 30 in lecture room style.  A digital projector and screen is also available. LUCS makes this room available for community groups. Please contact our booking secretary at bookings@lucs.org.uk for prices and availability.
