• The Canal Tearoom has a kitchen with a cooker, tea urn and double sink and can seat 36 around 8 tables or 50 in lecture room style. The tearoom can be hired at £30 for the first hour then £20 per hour plus £10 per booking if the kitchen is required.
• The Mel Gray Centre has a small kitchen integral to the room. The room is 7 metres by 3.5 metres and will seat 14 around a table or 30 in lecture room style.  A digital projector and screen are also provided. The Mel Gray Centre can be hired at £20 for the first hour then £15 per hour.
